Contributor Agreement 1. Ownership of Contributions By submitting translations, suggestions, or any other content through GYM One Translate, you irrevocably assign all intellectual property rights — including copyright — in your contributions to GYM One and its maintainers. This assignment is worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free. You retain no ownership over any content once submitted.

2. Voluntary Participation Your participation in this project is entirely voluntary. You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of GYM One. No employment relationship, partnership, or agency is created by your contributions. You contribute at your own discretion and may stop at any time.

3. No Compensation You acknowledge that you will not receive — and are not entitled to — any monetary compensation, revenue share, royalties, or any other form of payment for your contributions, now or in the future. This applies regardless of how GYM One or its software is monetized, including but not limited to the release of paid or commercial versions of GYM One.

4. Commercial Use GYM One reserves the right to use, modify, incorporate, distribute, sublicense, and commercialize your contributions in any form and for any purpose — including in paid, proprietary, or closed-source versions of the software — without notice to or further consent from you. GYM One has no obligation to credit contributors in any commercial release.

5. Representations You represent that: (a) your contributions are your own original work; (b) you have the right to submit them; (c) your contributions do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; and (d) you are at least 16 years of age, or have obtained parental consent if required in your jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimer GYM One makes no guarantees regarding the continued availability of this platform. The project may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Contributor accounts may be removed at GYM One's sole discretion.

I have read and agree to the Contributor Agreement. I understand my translations become the property of GYM One and I am contributing voluntarily without expectation of payment.
